Everyone who attended the reception have raved over the food, the service and the atmosphere. We are not surprised Flutes Restaurant has been awarded a Golden Plate award, congratulations.
The owners must be extremely proud of the team they have put together and great teams come from great management and Flutes have hit on a winning combination.

The only regret we have is not being able to express our thanks in person, as you were off enjoying a well-deserved day off, when we called in, we’re sorry we missed you.
I could go on & on but the best word I can find to use is, Perfect!

Shane and I just wanted to say a huge thank you!! Even though we were late you were so extremely accommodating and made every part of our night run so smoothly!!

We actually had so many guests commenting on the service provided by flutes so please also pass this on to all the waiters/waitresses who worked the night! We especially have a good understanding of how much of a difference it makes to have great people in customer service/hospitality roles and your whole team was exceptional! :)

Shane and I would also like to pass on to Francois our thanks for ensuring the food was amazing! Again not only did we think so but we had every guest raving to us about the food! So please once again pass this onto Francois and the chefs working last night! The food was perfect!

Once again thank you and I’m sure you will see us again as we will always pop into flutes when we are in the south west region! :)

Hi Penny,

Just wanted to send a quick email with a HUGE thank you to you and all the Flutes Staff for the AMAZING day we had on our wedding day (16th January). Everything was perfect…. the set up of the ceremony and reception area was beautiful, the food was DELICIOUS (and we’ve had plenty of comments from our guests about how good it was) and the service was spot on. It was just what we wanted, so thank you!

I’ve attached a few photos that I thought really show off how amazing the gardens and grounds at Flutes are! Our favourite is the amazing rainbow shot we got on the grass outside the restaurant!!
